I like Reepicheep of Narnia. Why? Because I see much of me in him. Like him I am vain, but I try to look to the One that matters most for my identity. We are both small creatures trying valiantly to do big things, and grateful that the High King measures us not by grand accomplishments — but by longing and heart and (Thank You!) by grace.
